Obligatory policy to dealings with the workers of DASTAGIR APPARELS (PVT) LTD. as per labour law and act are as follows:
01.	To abuse and harassment by mental, oral or physical are strictly prohibited. If any complain proved against any body, he will be punished under labour appointment (permanent order) rule 1965 section 17 & 18.
02.	Any complain of workers, proper authority will be heard cordially and proper action will be taken as early possible.
03.	Worker would not be punished financially, that means without salary of worker to do the work is strictly prohibited.
04.	Against worker willingness and doing the over time by force is strictly prohibited.
05.	To deprive workers right is strictly prohibited.
06.	Authority must be well wishes and take parts a friend in case of workers sorrow and advantages.
07.	To appoint female workers, any question and examination and pregnancy is prohibited.
08.	To appoint of all workers except children will be treated as equal as compulsory.
09.	There is provision to complain to the higher authority. Regarding this, if any worker suffers hesitation he or she will be able to approaches his or her complain by complain box which is preserved in the factory.
10.	Treatment will be assured if any worker becomes ill and injured. In case of failure, severe punishment will be taken against the staff or worker.
11.	Workers have the right of organization/union.
12.	Each worker has the legal right to get short leave in case of emergency. Salary will not be deducted from his/her pay for the same.
13.	The production assured by the basis of capability in the factory. There is no fix target of production, which is strictly prohibited.
14.	According to the performance of workers there is a provision to increase the yearly increment and promotion. Injustice is strictly prohibited under labour appointment (permanent order) rule 1965 section 17 & 18.
15.	To use spot remove openly is strongly prohibited.
16.	Each worker in the factory has individually self sever (musk). To know, inform about the arrangement, activity is ordered particularly to all workers and officers. Just after internee, each worker of the factory will put on musk at once.
