01.	Eight hours a day from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm with one hour lunch break (maximum 48 hours per week).
02.	Maximum two hours voluntary overtime per day (maximum 12 hours per week) with one hour Tiffin break in the afternoon/evening.
03.	Friday is weekly holiday.
